We're now hiring our first full-time employees meaning you'll be part of shaping the company and team from the get-go. The ambition is that this role expands into a leadership role within the next few years, so you can expect a fast growth track.
Your goals and objectives:
- Create world class products for women: Maintain our high product review rate (currently 4.8 out of 5) and the low claims rate.
- On time delivery of products that meets our financial targets in terms of gross margins.
- Being in the forefront of innovation using technology and data to elevate the customer journey and contributing to a sustainable fashion industry.
Category planning: Build our permanent collection of unparalleled outdoor products for women, with an inclusive approach to sizing and fit.
Data driven co-creation: Source input on collection from customers and community trough social and digital media to take data-driven decisions.
Product development: Run seamless cooperation with our (freelance based) pattern maker and technical designer, create and maintain ownership of production documents, and manage fittings and samples checks.
Production planning: Demand analysis, planning of production timeline and ensuring timely delivery of new and existing products.
Supplier relationships: Find new materials and fabric suppliers as well as factory partners, maintain relationships with current fabric suppliers, factories and agents. Negotiate prices, terms and contracts.
Purchasing: Timely orders for materials and productions in line with the set production timeline
Product pricing & costs: Set target prices and work on cost structure, to reach target gross margin levels
Product performance & quality: Review, analyze and take action on product feedback to maintain our high product rating (4.8/5) and ensure reliable and replicable, high quality production of all products at all times
Develop sustainbility: Constantly improve ways of working both internally and among supplier partners, to decrease the environmental impact of our products.
Setup of softwares: Suggest and implement needed softwares to create efficient and reliable process.
Who we're looking for:
You have minimun 5 years of work experience within the fashion industry.
Relevant education and a degree within fashion, product/material developer, buying, textile engineering, management or other relevant areas.
First hand exposure to, and understanding of fashion supply chains and garment factories. Understanding and experience of standards, terms and negotiations.
A strong negotiator and proven success working with external stakeholders.
Highly organized and structured with great attention to detail.
Strong project managements skills.
Humble and hard-working, understanding of what being the first employee at a startup means.
Fluent in English.
Experience from working in relevant softwares systems.
Regular presence at our office in Stockholm is required.
